Hippopotamus chef de patisserie, Louis Sergeant will lovingly create a majestically presented selection of carefully hand crafted sweet treats, savoury amuse-bouches and mini-sandwiches for you to relish.

Enjoy these with a selection from our Gourmet Dilmah tea range or espresso coffee and a glass of Kir Royal.
